Luckily I got an appointment last minute for 10:45, awesome. I get there, and everyone is too busy cutting up to help me. Front desk had my DL and insurance for over 45 min, I ask about the wait.. she says "oh, I moved your appointment to 11:45, I tried calling before you got here I hope it's okay.." you couldn't have told me that as soon as I walked in?
Leave to the front, get my DL and insurance.. girl from front desk is on break coasting through the parking lot not looking up while texting... then just sits at the exit texting..
Irritating, lack of professional behavior.
Finally get back, the nurse doesn't seem to give a crap about you.. unfriendly. STILL have my DL and insurance at the front desk.. see PA Hillari, she was very helpful and thorough.
Would not suggest using the dentistry part of the clinic. Unbelievable lack of communication and professionalism.
Wonderful staff! I get almost all ways get an appointment the same day. Dr.Hillary is the beat around and so personable. I drive 30 minutes just to see them.
